1. Who We Are
GridKind (operated by GridKind (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa) provides a WhatsApp-connected community coordination and marketplace platform. These Terms govern your use of the GridKind service accessed via WhatsApp and this website.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By messaging our WhatsApp number, creating or joining a Grid, or making a purchase through GridKind, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and use GridKind only where the requested service is currently supported. By using the service you confirm you meet these requirements.
4. How GridKind Works
GridKind lets members join trusted Grids and private Circles, buy listed goods or services, support another member, and contribute to a stated fixed-purpose goal. Availability differs by community and is shown before commitment. Payments use third-party payment providers.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. GridKind does not store your card details or create a member wallet balance. Payment confirmation and fulfilment are separate states: delivery may remain pending or require operator review. Payment links expire after a limited period for security.
6. Fixed-purpose contributions
Each contribution is tied to the goal and amount shown before payment. It is not a general deposit or withdrawable balance. GridKind records pledges, payment confirmation and the resulting fulfilment so members and operators can see the goal's current status.
7. Gifting
Users may send vouchers or contributions to other Grid members, including anonymously. GridKind does not verify the relationship between sender and recipient and is not liable for disputes arising from gifts sent through the platform.

9. Prohibited Use
You may not use GridKind for any unlawful purpose, to defraud other users, to launder funds, or to circumvent these Terms. GridKind reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any account suspected of violating these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
GridKind provides the service "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, GridKind is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to payment processing delays caused by third-party providers.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GridKind after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
